The One Mind Program for Students by Ollato has been a clifeline during my college journey. Ollato's One Mind Test
Mental health refers to a person’s emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act and determines how we handle stress, relates to others, and make choices.
Common mental health disorders include depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and eating disorders, among others.
Signs of poor mental health can include changes in mood, changes in behaviour, difficulty sleeping or concentrating, feelings of sadness or hopelessness, and thoughts of self-harm or suicide.
To improve your mental health, consider regular exercise, practising mindfulness and relaxation techniques, seeking support from loved ones or a therapist, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle with balanced nutrition and adequate sleep.
